Diversity in STEM Education

Advancing Equity, Inclusion and Participation

How can STEM education recognise diverse needs, experiences and identities while removing barriers to participation?

Inclusive STEM education is essential for social equity. Learning environments should enable all learners to participate meaningfully, develop their potential and experience STEM as relevant and accessible.

This track examines equity, inclusion, participation and access across different educational levels and settings.

We welcome theoretical, conceptual and empirical contributions from individual STEM disciplines as well as interdisciplinary perspectives.
